We review the permit history and do the research necessary to identify obstacles and opportunities. There are so many factors to consider when embarking on a construction project – the lot size, property line setbacks, the zoning, the condition and location of the septic system and/or the well – and we will help you navigate all of it. Once we determine what is feasible, we collaborate with you on a very preliminary design and scope of work. Once we have your approval on those, we can provide you with a Preliminary Scope and Budget Analysis so you can make an informed decision about if and how to proceed before we get too far into architecture and engineering.
2. Design Development/Construction Drawings:
